Arzi Terms of Service

Service description

Arzi helps users draft formal application letters from messages sent through WhatsApp and returns the generated output as a PDF or related response.

Acceptable use

• Use Arzi only for lawful requests and genuine application drafting needs.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Do not use Arzi to impersonate another person or authority.
• Do not use Arzi to generate false evidence, forged records, or illegal submissions.

No guarantee of legal or official outcome

Arzi assists with document drafting only. Sonkawade Labs does not guarantee acceptance, approval, legal sufficiency, or action by any office, authority, or institution.

Availability

Arzi is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, error-free output, or continuous platform availability.

Intellectual property

Arzi, its software, workflow, prompts, design, and branding remain the property of Sonkawade Labs except where ownership is required by law for user-supplied content.

Termination

Sonkawade Labs may suspend or restrict access if Arzi is used in violation of these Terms, for abuse prevention, or to comply with legal obligations.

User responsibility for content

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit and for how you use the generated letter. Generated letters are drafts prepared from your input; review them before submission to any office or authority. You agree to indemnify Sonkawade Labs against claims arising from your misuse of Arzi or from unlawful content you submit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonkawade Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Arzi, and its total liability for any claim relating to Arzi is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts at Latur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or to Arzi.
