Pricing
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payable in India only. These are the current published rates referred to in each product's Terms of Service and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
CSC Pro and Arzi — ₹10 per application
Both are charged per completed application, not per seat and not per month.
- Arzi: ₹10 per application, pay per use. No credit packs, no subscription, no minimum purchase.
- CSC Pro: ₹10 per application, paid from a prepaid wallet. ₹1 = 1 credit, minimum top-up ₹100. There are no fixed packs and no bulk discount.
- Credits are deducted only when an application is actually submitted — a failed or abandoned application costs nothing.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Helpora Support — free plan, paid plans from ₹999 a month
Helpora Support is billed as a prepaid monthly or annual plan. Nothing renews automatically: no card, UPI mandate or other payment instruction is stored, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.

- The Free plan requires no card and is not time-limited. If the month's included replies run out, the assistant stops replying rather than billing you.
- Annual billing costs ten months' price for twelve months.
- Beyond a plan's allowance: ₹0.60 per extra AI reply; extra voice minutes are sold in packs of 500 minutes for ₹3,500.

Wearly AI — ₹1 per credit, plus the price of the garment
Wearly AI has two separate charges, and you see both before you pay:
- Design credits: ₹1 per credit, sold in packs of 50 (₹50), 100 (₹100) and 300 (₹300). There is no bulk discount — one credit is one rupee in every pack. Credits pay for AI design generation and are spent only when a generation actually runs.
- The garment: priced per product and per size. The full price is shown on the product screen before payment, and delivery within India is already included in it — there is nothing extra added at checkout.
- Nothing is printed until the payment is confirmed by the gateway.
Not yet on sale
StockSaathi and Phone Munshi are not on sale. No payment is collected for them, and no price applies until one is published on this page.
Taxes
The price shown is the amount payable — nothing is added at checkout. Sonkawade Labs is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is charged or included. If GST registration is granted, GST at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices from that date and this page will be updated before it appears on any bill.
Government and portal fees charged by third parties (for example a MahaOnline service fee) are separate, are paid to those bodies, and are not paid to Sonkawade Labs.
How you pay
Payments are collected online in INR through our payment partner Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Card and bank details are entered on Cashfree's own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Sonkawade Labs.
Delivery
Digital services — CSC Pro, Arzi, Helpora Support, and Wearly AI credits. There is no physical shipment. Wallet credits, design credits, plan access and generated documents are delivered electronically to your account, normally within minutes of the payment being confirmed by the gateway and in any case within 24 hours.
Physical goods — Wearly AI printed garments. Printed to order after payment is confirmed. Printing takes 2–3 working days and delivery a further 3–7 working days, depending on the PIN code. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. We deliver within India only. Tracking appears on the order screen once the parcel is handed to the courier.
