Arzi Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sonkawade Labs collects, uses, stores, and deletes data processed through Arzi, a WhatsApp-based application-letter assistant.
What Arzi does
Arzi receives a user's message on WhatsApp, understands the request, and generates a formal application letter PDF that is returned to the same user.
Information we may process
- User phone number and WhatsApp messaging identifiers.
- Message content submitted by the user.
- Name, address, or other details voluntarily included by the user in the request.
- Generated PDF application letter content.
- Technical logs required for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.
How we use the information
- To interpret the user's request and prepare the application letter.
- To send the generated PDF or follow-up response through WhatsApp.
- To monitor abuse, errors, delivery failures, and service reliability.
WhatsApp and Meta platform usage
Arzi uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive inbound user messages and send generated replies and documents back to the user.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Arzi, troubleshoot issues, satisfy legal obligations, and handle deletion or support requests.
Data deletion requests
Users may request deletion of data related to Arzi by emailing sumitsonkawade@sonkawadelabs.in with the subject Arzi Data Deletion Request.
