StockSaathi Data Deletion Instructions

Who this page is for

• Customers who messaged or called a shop that uses StockSaathi and want their enquiry deleted.
• Shops that subscribe to StockSaathi and want their account and synced data deleted.

Information that may be deleted

• Your phone number and WhatsApp messaging identifiers.
• WhatsApp conversation data retained by the service, where available.
• Call audio and transcripts, and call time, duration and outcome records, for calls answered by the AI agent.
• The record of the enquiry itself, including the item asked for.
• For a shop account: account details and the item, stock and price data synced from the shop's own software.
• Support records relating to your request, where legally permitted.

Deleting a single call recording

If you only want the recording and transcript of one call removed, say so in your email and give the number you called from and the approximate time of the call. We do not need you to delete anything else to honour that.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to sumitsonkawade@sonkawadelabs.in.
2. Use the subject line StockSaathi Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the phone number you used, the name or number of the shop you contacted, and the approximate date and time, so we can find the right enquiry. A shop should write from its registered account email.

Response timeline

We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and respond within 30 days, subject to identity verification, legal obligations and abuse-prevention requirements. You can also stop future processing at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by ending a forwarded call.

What we may have to keep

Some records cannot be deleted on request — for example, transaction and payment records we are required to retain by law or by our payment partner, and minimal logs kept to prevent fraud and abuse. Where we must keep something, we tell you what and why in our response.

If a business holds your data

The shop you contacted decides what happens to enquiries from its customers, and we hold them on the shop's behalf. We will act on your request and, where the shop also holds a copy, tell you to contact them directly — and we will pass the request on to them if you ask us to. Deleting data held by us does not delete the WhatsApp messages saved on your own phone or on the shop's phone.
